About Staging Youths' Future Inc

Our Program: Staging Youths' Future is a non- profit company, formerly known as EGYT and has been around since 2001. Our first show was the Music Man, and we had a cast of 25. We are now in our eighth year and have worked with hundreds of children from all over the capital district. We have a summer camp in August every year that culminates into a large scale production in September. We also perform a christmas and a spring show each year. Our mission is to give the children of our community a way to express themselves in a safe and fun environment. We truly believe that half the fun is getting there!

Our Director:

Kathie LaRosa is the director and founder of SYFI.
Kathie enjoys working with children, and has a masters degree in education.
She has been directing youth theater for over 10 years, and has done over 20 shows.
